Recovering
your data
You will need to
send your hard drive or media to our workshop for an initial
assessment. Once the data is deemed recoverable, we will make
an exact clone of your device to ensure your data is safe. When
we have completed our tests, we will contact you and let you
know the exact problem with your device. Once we have recovered
your data, we will save this onto CD or DVD and send the recovered
data and your device safely back to you.

complete the data recovery form found
Once you have filled
out the form, print out two copies, one for yourself and place
the other with your hard drive or media.
Please ensure your
hard drive or media is securely and safely packaged in a suitable
box.
Once you are satisfied
with your package, send to our dedicated data recovery workshop.
As soon as your hard drive
or media arrives, we can start work on it. We will always
endeavor to contact you within 48 hours. Most recoveries are
completed within 5 days. If you require a faster service,
contact us.
Prices
Here at Apex we
are confident our prices are the lowest available today. We
have a diagnostics fee of just £25 + VAT of which is included
in the final cost if you decide to go ahead with the retrieval.
Our pricing structure is determined
by the size of the hard drive/media.
10GB or less = £58.75
10GB - 40GB = £88.13
40GB - 100GB = £111.63
100GB or more = £170.38
All
prices include VAT @ 17.5%
The above prices are final
and include all labour, saving your data to CD/DVD and insured
shipping back to you.
